辛辛苦苦了整整一年,到年终,作为员工,对公司有所期待,而公司对于为公司辛勤付出的员工也有所表示,这就是奖金的问题,发给谁?如何发?按什么指标发?发多少?这就牵涉到绩效评估的问题.

从这次绩效评估来看,表面上看人人都有羹分,实际上整个绩效搞得一踏糊涂,指标一大堆,评分行不通,为啥,不管你干得好不好,领导说了就好,考核最后一天搞.,细细思量了一下,发现这次考评存在了一些问题:

(1)各个部门KPI完成得好,公司整体绩效不好，导致公司整体目标与分解的目标不一致。

(2)考核只是成为一种工具,好象一种统计方法,没有考虑与其他业务一起考虑。.

(3)考核的东西太多,关键的东西没有表现出来.绩效考核搞了很多概念性的东西,导致整个考核没有核心目标.

(4)绩效评估成为人力资源部的事情,跟我这个部门有什么关系.导致各业务部门负责人没有承担起责任,到最后一天,评印象给本部门员工打分.

(5)员工自己、部门、公司之间的绩效存在差异，没有使员工、部门、公司三者的绩效关联起来。

(6)绩效指标设置没有重点，该成为核心指标的系数比重反而很小，体现不出对员工的行为引导.

(7)一年只考核一次，长期的绩效与短期的绩效没有协调好.

(8)对于考核指标，就建立了一套，没法体现对所有员工适用,比如销售人员的考核。

(9)绩效评估只是成为奖金如何分的一种手段，而没有考核员工的绩效表现。

(10)绩效管理过程中，员工只给自己打分，也没有给员工职业或者素质方面的提升有所指导，使得绩效管理仅仅是考评手段而已。
